Support questions, a demo on an accounting of your own, or anything a client has asked you to confirm in writing before uploading their statements.

Support

Something wrong with a run, a workbook that does not look right, or a reconciliation you cannot explain. Send the run and we will look at the actual job rather than guess.

Sales and demos

Firm plans, several preparers sharing one page allowance, or a walk through a real accounting of your own before you commit to anything.

Security and privacy

Data processing agreements, retention questions, or anything a client has asked you to confirm in writing before you upload their statements.

Send us a message

Tell us who you need and why, and it goes to the right place rather than a general inbox.

If it is about a specific run, the fastest thing you can include is which account and which statement period looked wrong.

This opens your email client with the message ready to send. Please do not attach client statements – we will tell you where to upload them securely if we need them.

Before you write in about a run

If a run did not come out the way you expected, the fastest thing you can send is the run itself – the job it produced, and which account and which statement period looked wrong. Almost every question of the form “why is this figure off” is answerable from the reconciliation the run already produced, and we can read that with you.

If you have data retention switched on, we can also read the run log, which records what was classified how and what was routed where. With retention off there is no log by design, which is the promise working as intended rather than a gap in support.
